A medieval adventure for runners and hikers
The Castle Trail is a brand new event that will lead runners and walkers through forests, past castles, over high plateaus and between rocks, rivers and lakes. The region has been voted Europe's first quality hiking region
We haven't decided on a date yet - most likeliy spring 2026
The courses are for 80% off road and both our distances will have a UTMB qualifying Index. We expect a competitive field of international (trail)runners at the starting line.
Immediately after our runners, the walkers will try to successfully complete Luxembourg's most beautiful and hardest walking challenge. The time limit for the 55 km is 15 hours and 10 hours for the 33km
